There are several modular home retailers and builders that deal with factory-built homes coming from within Arkansas or that ship to Arkansas from nearby states.

Clayton Homes is the largest manufacturer of modular and manufactured homes in the U.S. The Clayton family of home builders has a wide range of builders nationwide, including Buccaneer Homes, Southern Energy Homes, and Clayton Homes of Lowell themselves.

If you want to support a locally owned business rather than a national chain, check out Hawks Homes. Eddie Hawks, the founder of Hawks Homes, has been selling quality manufactured and modular homes in Central Arkansas since 1986.
